Gary Robbins is the President of Fiscal Associates. Gary served as an official in the Department of Treasury during the Reagan Administration, and regularly testifies before the House Committee on Ways and Means regarding taxation issues. A well-known economist, Gary is Senior Economic Advisor to Free Congress/American Opportunity Foundation and is the author of Free Congress Foundation’s platform for returning America to economic prosperity, “The Growth Code.”
