Mr. William H. Hurd

William H. Hurd is a partner in the Richmond office of Troutman  Sanders and leads the firm’s Appellate Team. He previously served as the first Solicitor General of Virginia (1999 – 2004). In addition to practicing law, Mr. Hurd is an adjunct professor at George Mason University Law School.
