Roger Grooms

Roger Grooms has been active in Republican Politics for over 40 years. He was 
a Candidate for the Virginia House of Delegates and a political appointee of 
Governor John Dalton and played a key role in well over a dozen campaigns. During
the 1970s, he was an Intern for The Free Congress Foundation and its founder, 
Paul Weyrich.
